As most of you know REFR Rare and Exotic Feline Registry is under new ownership. This registry has been around for 30 years and has an extensive pedigree database. It offers a way to register your litters, your cats, and your cattery. It also allows clients to register their pet kittens. We are strictly a paper registry so we keep track of all lineage and offer pedigrees.
